VR Smart Factory – Allen-Bradley

Privacy Policy

Section 1. Information Collected

Amatrol only collects one piece of data from the user's headset. When the VR Smart Factory – Allen-Bradley application ("VR system") is activated using the registration code received from Amatrol, the unique identifier of the headset is sent to Amatrol. No other user or device data is collected.

Section 2. Purposes of Data Collection

Amatrol requests the headset's unique identifier to link the registration code with the specific headset being activated. This allows Amatrol to perform basic maintenance on the activation as necessary to support the customer (such as removing the registration from a lost headset so the VR system registration can be transferred to another headset).

Section 3. Amatrol's Usage of Collected Data

The device data supplied to Amatrol will not be given, sold, rented, loaned, or otherwise disclosed to any third parties outside of Amatrol and its agents, except when we have the user's permission or under special circumstances, such as when we believe in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to 1) comply with legal process, 2) enforce the Terms of Use, 3) respond to claims that any content provided by using the Services violates the rights of third parties, or 4) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Amatrol, its users, or the public.

Section 4. Deleting Information

Amatrol offers users the ability to delete the registration code and the unique headset identifier from the registration database by emailing contact@amatrol.com.

Section 5. Security

All collected information is stored on servers at a location designed specifically to ensure that no unauthorized individuals have access to the server or its data.
